When Keith and Marie Fry became the owners of Pelican Point Interiors in October 2003, they made a conscious decision to remake the business into an establishment which would appeal to the discriminating buyer.  They understood the growth envisioned to occur along the Emerald Coast, and wanted Pelican Point Interiors to grow right along with it.

Pelican Point Interiors has been furnishing and decorating fine homes and condos all along the Emerald Coast for more than 20 years.  We are a small business that treats each customer as a “client”.  Most of our clients are absentee condo or home owners that rely on us to be their contact with their beach property while they are away.

Because we cherish personal service we have purposely restricted our growth.  We simply cannot furnish and decorate all units requested and do it to our high standards.  We will not do bulk furnishings for condo management companies, because we believe the individual owner should be the deciding agent in the interior of their home or investment property.  We have found the best and properly furnished units always rent better.  We love working with owners and rental management companies on redoes.
